TEMIMA Seminary Refund Policy
Registration Deposit
A non-refundable registration deposit of NIS 10,000 is required upon acceptance. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and will be applied toward the total tuition.
Tuition Refund Schedule
The remainder of the tuition (after subtracting the registration deposit and health insurance premium) is refundable on a prorated basis according to the following schedule:
Before Arrival
Students who withdraw before the official start of the academic year are entitled to a 100% refund of the tuition balance.
First Semester
- Withdrawals during the first week of the semester: 75% refund
- Withdrawals during the second week of the semester: 60% refund
- Withdrawals during the third week of the semester: 45% refund
- Withdrawals during the fourth week of the semester: 25% refund
- No refund after the fourth week of the first semester.
Second Semester
The same weekly refund percentages will apply, with the proration period restarting on the first week after the Sukkot vacation.
General Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- This policy applies unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or in cases required by Israeli law or halachic ruling.
- TEMIMA Seminary reserves the right to make exceptions in exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical or family emergencies) at the discretion of the administration.
